The workshops include:

We live in a society marked by unearned privileges that we cannot separate from the oppression suffered by all those that do not have the privilege.

The objective of this workshop is to study through NonFormal Education methods the privileges and opressions related to gender and sexuality from an intersectional approach,

We will therefore include as well other social fights and oppression, each one will be facilitated by guest speaker who will be a member of the oppressed community and analyze the role that privileged people can have as allies, without leading other people’s fights by raising awareness and developing skills to conduct these fights in an inclusive and intersectional way.

The world is obsessed with looks, there is no question about that. What influence does it have on us and on people around us, though? What damage does it do? How does it influence our thoughts, our believes and especially our behavior? How free are we in this oppressive system? Do we oppose it or do we support it without even noticing it? How can we protect ourselves and how can we be supportive of people discriminated by this system?

As we all are part of the society that often praises looks above everything else, we ourselves have being negatively influenced by it for decades. Often, we have problems to accept our own bodies, constantly complain about our weigh and try to reduce it, suffer from low self-esteem, feel that we are not enough and put ourselves down instead of lifting ourselves up.

This training is, therefore, a combination of knowledge gaining and self-exploration, meaning that, on the one hand, we will broaden our horizons while discussing issues regarding beauty standards, body image, slimness mania, diet culture and fat fobia. On the other hand, we will get in touch with our inner world, learn more about ourselves and work on our self-love. Those two different aspects of the training will be going hand in hand, enriching and complimenting each other.

What does this title say to you? Not much? Too much? How many times in your life have you given up your true-self to keep together? How much is it important for humans to be a part of the society? How much you can sacrifice to comply with the societal standards? Is it possible not to lose your true-colours but still stay together?

In this workshop, many questions are going to be asked and many answers are going to be seeked. This workshop is aimed to be very flexible, intense and full of self-exploration. If you have something to say to world about group conformity, in-group & out-group, intolerance and self-actualization; this workshop might be for you!

With the ever-evolving demographics of every country, cultural competence has become an essential ingredient in the creation of a positive climate in any field. Cultural competence is the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of cultural, ethnic, economic, and religious backgrounds. The goal of this workshop is to develop the ability to manage diversity in daily work. The workshop will focus on how to appreciate diversity and cooperate despite differences. Developing cultural competence is a dynamic and complex process requiring ongoing self-assessment and continuous expansion of one's cultural knowledge. It evolves over time, beginning with an understanding of one's own culture, continuing through interactions with individuals from various cultures, and extending through one's own lifelong learning.
